Our maître d’ Victor Nicolas Sanchez Peralta has over a decade of experience creating special environments for guests and travelers. He oversees and administers all front-of-house operations while setting our very high standard for customer satisfaction.
Sanchez has experience in restaurants in the United States, Colombia and Peru and is an expert in many styles of Latin American cuisine. He joins us from the highly esteemed Le Cordon Bleu School of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, in Lima Peru, where he taught Hotel and Restaurant Management.
Joining the Rosario family of restaurants in September of 2012, he prides himself on making every guest feel welcome in our restaurants and ensuring that every meal is a personal, special experience.
