The Zongo Lagoon is cradled in the heart of the Andes Mountain Range surrounded by peaks towering over 6000 meters high. This tour will showcase the majesty of the mountains and the serenity of the glacial landscape.

Day 1 will begin at 08:00 where your guide will pick you up from your hotel and will continue with private transportation towards the base of Huayna Potosí Mountain. Once at the base, we will hike up the hill to Challhuani, the ideal place to observe the majesty of the Andes. After our brief stop we will continue our hike, eventually reaching our campsite of the base of Japu Japuni Mountain where we will spend the night. (Lunch, Dinner)
After breakfast prepared on site by one of our cooks, we will begin Day 2 making our way down towards the quaint community of Uma Palca, where the traditions of old are still alive today. After a brief stop in the village we will make our way up the hill towards the Wara Wara Lagoon. Around noon, we will reach the town of Botijlaca where we will end our tour. At Botijlaca your private transportation will pick you up for the return trip to La Paz. (Breakfast, Lunch)
