Executive Chef Beguin Bertz Aybar González brings more than 15 years of culinary experience to the Rosario family of restaurants. A graduate of Cenfotur Culinary School, Chef Beguin began his career at the heart of South America’s trendiest food city: Lima, Peru.
Chef Beguin has worked in some of the most notable restaurants in Lima, Arequipa, and Cusco. Under the guidance of seasoned chefs in Peru he specialized in creating innovative Novo Peruvian dishes and has been at the forefront of introducing Peruvian cuisine to the world.
Chef Beguin credits his culinary inspiration to his father, who shared his passion for baking and love of pastries.
Since joining Grupo Rosario in 2012, Chef Beguin’s menus have introduced a fresh take on traditional and contemporary Bolivian dishes, as well as fusions of Latin American and international favorites.
